Certified Sales Professional
New Home Communities represented by Bo Bridgeport Brokers, Inc. are staffed with Certified New Home Sales Professionals (CSP). The CSP certification means that this professional onsite agent has participated in a program, administered by The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, that was designed to assist them in becoming specialists in new home sales. Bo Bridgeport Brokers, Inc. also trains these professionals in the aspects of construction that are important to the Builder and Buyer.

Agents that receive this designation have enhanced knowledge in the new homes arena, increased abilities in marketing skills and ideas on reaching out to buyers and agents to drive and track traffic coming into the new home community. It provides them with a heightened sense of knowledge in the homebuilding industry.

This can assist the specialist in helping homebuyers make a much more informed buying decision by more effectively communicating the product knowledge about the new home and its construction.

Homeowner Handbook Orientation
These Specialists are required to also complete the Greater Atlanta Home Builders class on the Homeowners Warranty Handbook. This orientation teaches the specialist how to use the Homeowner Handbook to better explain to the homebuyer the warranty coverage that has been provided to them by the builder. They are also trained on customer service and warranty procedures as well as how to present the Handbook to homebuyers in a way that is easy to understand should a buyer need to go back and reference their handbook.
